Instructions:

Drill a 3 1/8" diameter hole in the top of a desk or back of an entertainment center.
Pull the 2 pieces of the hole cover apart.
Place the base of the cover in the hole.
Run the wires through the hole and the base.
Pull the tab out the cover.
Place the cover over the hole.
