All Furniture orders have a minimum baseline $79.95 shipping charge per item based on the size of each item. The baseline charge ONLY includes delivery to the nearest truck terminal or business address. Items that are shipped directly to the purchasers' residential address will have extra fees incurred for residential shipping thru the trucking companies. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange pick up from designated trucking terminals. On all freight orders, the shipping company should contact you when they arrive in your town to arrange a time and date for delivery. The delivery drivers are not insured to place the merchandise into the home. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the delivery of your items.

• Furniture Orders may take 6 - 8 weeks to be built, and shipped after purchase.

• Some assembly may be required.

• All furniture items shipped within the Continental U.S. ONLY.

• Additional shipping charges may occur.

• If you would like the furniture delivered to your residence a $29.00 residential delivery fee applies. This service DOES NOT include placement inside the home, this is "Curb-Side Delivery."

• If you would like the furniture delivered to the inside of your home (limited, additional fees may apply), a $59.00 in home delivery fee will be added. This service only includes delivery inside 1 exterior door of the structure (i.e. front door, back door, garage door). This also DOES NOT include Set-Up, Specified Room Placement, up or down Stairs, or Packaging Removal. The item will ONLY be placed inside the Structure.
  (This cost is in addition to the residential delivery charges, for a total additional charge of $88.00).

• If the furniture item is large or awkward in nature a $49.00 lift gate fee may apply. This is our "Can you assist in delivery?" option.
