Surface mount wall phone jack with 2 extra jacks. Offers two additional jacks, ideal for use with answering machines or computer modems. One jack each side, holds all standard style wall phones. 6-Position, 4-Conductor, Ivory.
Installation:
- Connect colored wire leads to terminals matching by color.
- Remove 2" of outer jacket from line cord, exposing colored wire leads.
- Fasten jack to wall box through diagonal openings in jack, using long screws provided, or hollow wall fasteners.
- Mount phone on mounting screws.
- Pull line cord through to front of terminal plate.
- Disconnect one phone in house by removing handset from hook before working with exposed phone wire.
- Replace handset on disconnected phone.
- Secure clear insulation film around modular jack. Replace cover plate.
