Flush mount, twin outlet modular jack and plate. Fits all standard modular phones. Permits connection of two phone or phone /answering machine combination. Installs in standard electrical box, to replace existing flush mount jack or add new jack.

Installation Instructions:

1. Disconnect one phone in house by removing handset from hook before working with exposed phone wire.
2. Remove existing wall plate and jack.
3. Clean cut line cord from wall box.
4. Remove 1-1/2" of insulation from colored wire leads.

SINGLE LINE WIRING:

1. To tie in answering machine or additional phone on same line, transfer wire leads by color to top jack terminals.
2. Attach wire leads from line cord by color to top jack terminals.

DUAL LINE WIRING:

1. To connect two separate phone lines, connect each incoming line cord to a separate terminal block. Attach wire leads by color to terminal screws.
2. Install jack and plate into wall box with screws provided.
3. Replace handset on disconnected phone.
