Instructions:

• Remove cover from junction block.
• Run 4-conductor round phone wires from jacks to junction block.
• Remove 3" of jacket from each 4-conductor wire.
• Unscrew color-coded terminal screws inside junction block, raising mounting tabs to maximum height.
• Insert individual color-coded wires into slots under matching color-coded terminal screws.
• Insert modular plug into telephone company demarcation jack.
• Mount junction block to wall.
