Plastic wall jacks are furnished with mounting hardware for easy installation. The Non-UL types are very economical and are to be used where UL is not required. 15 micro inches of gold plate on the contacts is standard on all jacks. Rounded configuration, rear wiring terminals allow these wall plates to fit all standard receptacle boxes.

Instructions:

• Remove old receptacle from outlet box
• Strip 3" from outer jacket of telephone wire and approximately 1/4" from each conductor
• Connect existing wiring from wall box to new modular jack
• Secure wall plate and jack to box using the screws provided
