Repairs damaged phone cord. Replaces prong plug or spade terminals on cord with a modular plug. For use in a modular phone system. Tools required: crimping tool, wire cutters.
Instructions:
- Use wire cutters to cut flat phone wire to length. Assure that it is clean and not ragged.
- Use crimping tool to strip outer jacket from wire.
- Insert color coded wires into opening in modular plug. Make sure that wire colors are reversed on either end.
- Insert plug into crimping tool. Squeeze handles of crimping tool together.
