Steren 300-095 4 Conductor Steel Wall Phone Jack Plate Stainless Modular RJ11 6P4C Flush Mount Plate RJ-11 Telephone Mount Cover with Push-On Plug Connections and Insertion Tool, Part # 3000995

Stainless steel cover with quick-connect, push-style connections and insertion tool. Fits all standard modular wall phones.

Installation:

Connect colored wire leads to terminals matching by color.
Secure clear insulation film around modular jack. Replace cover plate.
Replace handset on disconnected phone.
Mount phone on mounting screws.
Disconnect one phone in house by removing handset from hook before working with exposed phone wire.
Fasten jack to wall box through diagonal openings in jack, using long screws provided, or hollow wall fasteners.
Pull line cord through to front of terminal plate.
Remove 2" of outer jacket from line cord, exposing colored wire leads.
