Allows flush mounted connection of RCA Audio/Video plug cables and one coaxial cable connection through the wall.

Installation Tools: Screwdriver, Soldering Iron.

Installation Instructions:

1. Install an "in the wall bracket" or use an existing wall bracket for mounting.
2. Attach audio or video output wires to wall jack by soldering wires that have been run through the wall to rear terminals of jack.
   1. Ensure that wires are securely attached to the correct speaker output (left or right) and that the wires are attached to the correct polarity.
   2. Generally red coated or copper wires are positive and black coated or steel wires are negative.
3. Attach UL approved coaxial cable to rear terminal by securely screwing cable "F" connector to coaxial brushing.
4. Secure wall plate to mounting bracket using enclosed screws.
