Instructions:

• Drill a 1 1/2" diameter hole in the top of a desk or back of an entertainment center.
• Pull the 2 pieces of the hole cover apart.
• Place the base of the cover in the hole.
• Run the wires through the hole and the base.
• Pull the tab out the cover.
• Place the cover over the hole.
