Steren 200-252WH Dual F-Connector Wall Plate White Coaxial Cable Flush Mount Video Signal TV Antenna Coax with 75 Ohm Plug Jacks, 2 Connector Source

Terminates 2 cable hookups at 75 ohm wall connection.

Instructions:

  1. Remove old receptacle from wall box.
  2. Connect first Coax Cable from Antenna to back of plate.
  3. Connect second Coax Cable to back of plate.
  4. Replace duplex wall plate to wall box using screws.
